Important notes for passengers who have completed online check-in:

• If you are not traveling with checked baggage, you may use your electronic boarding pass to proceed through security and go directly to the boarding gate (no need to visit the airport check-in counter).
• If you have checked baggage or require assistance, please proceed to the Sun PhuQuoc Airways check-in counter.

Notes

To ensure passengers receive the best possible support and benefits on our flights, online check-in is not available for the following cases:

• Passengers requiring special services (except for special meal requests)
• Passengers traveling with infants under 2 years old
• Pregnant passengers
• Each online check-in session is limited to a maximum of 9 passengers under the same booking reference. If a booking includes more than 9 passengers, please complete online check-in individually for each passenger.
• If your booking meets all the above criteria but you are unable to complete online check-in, please contact your ticketing agent or our hotline at 19001599 for assistance.
• If you have completed online check-in and pre-selected your seat, you may cancel your check-in under the “Check-in” section and update your travel plans via “Manager booking,” or contact our Customer Service Center at 19001599 or via email at 19001599@sunphuquocairways.com.
• If multiple e-tickets exist for the same itinerary under one booking reference, please complete check-in at the airport.
